خبز الصاج ‎[V] a flat bread cooked on a sheet of metal. It is a simple bread, usually made with only flour, water, and salt. In Jordan it is also called خبز الشراك, and in Saudi القرصان (from the word قرص, meaning disc). A similar bread is also made in Iraq called الرقاق .

مَيْزِي خالي مِن أَوْرَاق ‎[I] My desk is free of papers,
‏بالَه خالي ‎[I] His mind is clear.
‏خُبُز خالي ‎[I] plain bread.

كَبَاْب وِيَّا سِمَاْق وِيَّا بَصَل وِيَّا خُبْز وِيَّا لِبَن أَكْلَة مُحْتَرَمَة ‎[I] Kabaab with sumaq, onion, bread, and yogurt is a delicious dish.

مَيّ وَرِد ‎[I] either 1. rose water, or 2. (used loosely as) any similar perfume made from blossoms.
